The perfect pre-mixed ginger flavoured cake mix for making madeira cake! 


Just add water!


Mix 1 part mix to 9 parts water, adding small amounts at a time until ideal consistency is reached. 


For 6" sandwich tin: 280g mix

Madiera Cake 1lb loaf tin: 240g mix


Bake for approx 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
