The perfect pre-mixed scone mix!

Just add water.


Add 500g mix to 225g water and 70g dried fruit. Add water slowly while mixing until ideal consistency is made. Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes before shaping. Roll out to approx 5/8 inch thickness and cut out required shapes. Place on baking sheet and egg wash if desired. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Bake for approx 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
